Reservations
Bookings can be made through our official website, direct communication channels, or
authorized third-party platforms. Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Rates & Inclusions
Room rates and promotional offers may include selected benefits such as breakfast, shuttle
service, yoga classes, or other inclusions depending on the package booked.
All rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking type, promotional offer, or reservation
platform.
For selected promotions:
● Cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge equivalent to 1 night’s stay
● No-show reservations will be charged 100% of the reservation amount
Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation policy applicable to your
reservation.
Check-in & Check-out
● Check-in time: 2:00 PM
● Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to respect the property, facilities, and other guests during their stay. Honai
Resort Ubud reserves the right to refuse service or terminate stays in cases of inappropriate
behavior or violations of property policies.
Limitation of Liability
Honai Resort Ubud shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience
arising from the use of our website, facilities, or services, except where required by applicable
law.
